Adjust 2 Php Mysql Scripts

I have 2 php files:
editpages.php
introduction.php
editpages.php is a text editor where text is called from database-edited and then saved again.
introduction.php is for displaying the edited text after it has been edited.
There is one problem.
If I write <img src="example.jpg> in editpages.php I want to see it displayed as <img src="example.jpg> so I can edit the html.
This is already how it is and that is how I want it.
The thing I need to change is that in introduction.php I want to just see the picture file and not the text. At the moment it shows it as
<img src="example.jpg> as this is how it is stored in the database.
I need someone to take my scripts and send them back to me working correctly. Unless you can easily tell me what I have to change in order for text to work as normal html in introduction.php

Two Simple Php/mysql Scripts
following two simple php/mysql scripts:
The first script should check a mysql table for 0 values in a specific column, and should replace them. This should be run via a cronjob and should create a log.
The second script should compare values of a xml file with values of a mysql database and has to generate a sql code with the values that are missing in the database and should output differences.
Everything has to work without a bug, and I need it asap.

Let me know if I need to create a new $ CATEGORY_LOWERCASE if you can simply change the mod_rewrite to all lowercase.

Simple Php/mysql Script
a MySQL database, and list the information needed by userID. So if the userID is 33, then the servers listed for userID 33 will show when they load that page.
The other part is the admin area where myself and my staff can login and edit/add/delete the servers from the clientID.
All the graphical work is done, there is already a MySQL database just needs the necessary tables adding.
