Need Url Protection For A Page

Here is what I need:

I have an affiliate script (JROX ) that you must make payment through to sign up at my site. After successful signup, the affiliate script redirects you back to a "create account" page at that site.

Problem: The page that you get redirected to, is accessible directly to it's URL. So if you type in that web address, you can bypass the payment page.

Solution: I need the "create account page" to only be accessible by my affiliate script. It should not be accessible by typing the URL in the browser. It will need some form of htaccess or something. I know that one of you have ran into this problem before..
