Libertyreserve Processor

The LibertyReserve payment processing is not working on my site. It was working fine and then I hired a programmer to add tax to the transactions (meaning a % fee charged for using the gateway).
What I need is someone who is very familiar with implimenting LibertyReserve. The chosen programmer needs to have a libertyreserve account so they can make test orders and go all the way through the order process. I will send the chosen programmer some libertyreserve to test with.
This project is for the programmer to test and correct the problem. The main problem right now is that it stopped crediting the customers account with the funds they paid. It was working fine and now it isn't

LR & STP files supposed to register the above ^ data into the database and send email notification.

Joomla/Virtuemart Payment Processor Help

There are two methods I've found.

#2- http://www.justin-cook.com/wp/2008/10/24/phpcart-payment-processor-for-chase-paymentech-orbital/
Not sure if either of these will work or if a different method needs to be used.
