Php - Paypal Form - Make Work

OK I have copies from a site and inserted it into my website page. I
need someone to make it work so that after a customer makes his/her
selections from the drop down menus they can click on "add to cart" and process thru PayPal.
The HTML code to be used for the PayPal "add to cart" needs to be UN
ENCRYPTED.

finished page to look like.

i need my registration page troubleshot ..its stopped inserting to sql for some reason ..it use to work 100%
so to summarize the job
1. setup paypal to work and pass ref id (95% done i think ref code is why form not working)
2. fix regisration page to insert properly to sql..(use to work dont know what could have happen)

Ajaxify Php Contact Form

3. If the submit fails, I need the form elements reset, submit button disabled and error msg displayed.
4. If the submit is a success, I need the form elements, reset and hidden (fade out) and a success message to fade in.
The php contact form is already written, just need Ajax added to it. jQuery should be used to disable and set value for button, reset form and to fade in/out form elements.

1) Client enters information
2) Client uploads 1 song and 1 image
3) Client selects a package (2 options)
4) Client clicks a button to submit and pay via paypal.
The client information is sent to our web server, and the song and image is sent to an email address.
This will replace our current form that uses PHP and submits the info to the same web server. Please PM for the link!
** All designs will be provide, no design work required! :)

Paypal Payment Form - Need Quick Turnaround
ollects certain user data, then forwards the person to paypal to make a flat rate payment and then once the person completes the payment it forwards them back to the website with confirmation and it forwards the persons info they entered to a specific email address. Needs to be done in PHP and its an urgent project that needs a 24hr turn around. I need someone to set everything up without having access to the paypal account, and I will add in the paypal information after its setup.

PayPal form submission problem
each time AND sends me the data via email as it should. That might require writing new code if you can't get the original code to work.
Yes, the form DID work at one time.
Please do NOT respond to this if you don't know how to set up a test PayPal account and fix PHP forms that talk to PayPal API. This should be an easy job for someone who knows what they are doing
