I need a Freelance website script with Escrow payment option similar to the following

Here is the sample which I require with Escrow payment option.
Front End:

The buyer and provider user accounts will have a profile which will have a user rating and other information as well as icons representing posted projects and past projects. It will also have basic messaging system so the can sen simple messages from buyer to provider.
Buyer user can post request for project and price, provider users can accept request. If provider accepts buyers request, buyer gets message with link to provider profile. After reviewing provider profile, buyer user has option to decline or accept. If buyer user accepts provider user, the 2 become contacts and can get contact information, as well as give rating to opposite.
All the Buyer & Provider function works just like Elance but admin should have the facility to change the payment option.I should have all the rights of this script and it must be install & tested on the server before the payment.
