Costom Drupal Module-skilltree

Hello Everyone!
I need a custom module made for a drupal 6.x website that I am developing. Should be a quick project for someone who has made a few custom modules before and feels really comfortable with PHP. The basis for this module is a basic To-Do list with tons more features. An even better way to look at it would be a 'skill tree' like you would see in any RPG.
Here are the features I am going to need:
- Users will be able to select 'skills' to complete from a master list. After selected a copy of this skill would be moved into their 'personal quests' for lack of better terminology.
- A skill may be composed of many different steps, and there will be prerequisites for each step (this could include having to upload a file, complete another level of skill, PM a user etc..)
- Various theme sort of functions (i.e. If you complete a step the text turns a shade of gray or something)
- Steps in the skill will be represented by pictures and there will be a finite number of 'types' the skill creator can choose from.
- I want certain full skills to be prerequisites to other skills
- 'Personal quests' must be available as a block that can be put into a specific users profile page.
Ok so that's the basic idea. I'm trying to keep this project relatively low budget but I am willing to pay more for the right person. I would pay half up front and half upon completion of the module. Would want the module to be done sometime in the next 2-3 weeks (although after talking to some drupal friends the right person should be able to do this in 8-16 hours)

Drupal Ecommerce Product Attribute
cart. For some reason the product options appears in the cart but when i add to cart the item shows but not the attributes (size, color) things like that. So pretty simple ill pay for someone who can get this working.

Analyze & Fix Google Dfp For Drupal 7 Site
ds. My Drupal developer has never worked on a site that uses these ads before, and I'd really like to find an expert in this area, or at least someone with previous experience with Google DFP on Drupal.
Some ads are showing, others are not. I can't figure out (on the Google DFP end) what the difference is between the ads that are showing up and those that aren't.
If you do a good job on this project, I will continue to use you as my Google DFP expert as I expand the site.

Export Forums from Drupal and PhpBB into Vanilla 2
Import forums from drupal 6(an earlier version) and phpbb3 into vanilla 2. These is a decent amount of spam in the phpbb3 that should probably be cleaned. I dont have the actual real installs for these but I have the databases. If you read this, put the word psychic in your bid.
