Hello, i need for socialengine a video upload module that is excactly like the photo module for socialengine.
This video module should also be installed like the photo module and should convert all uploaded videos into flv with ffmpeg.
Also ever user can add video albums and choose the audience who can view it - just like the photo module.

tom theme for a socialengine powered site. It is a classified ad system which should look like a clean shopping site from the home page. I also need to customize the classified plugin to show categories, sub-categories to be displayed to my preference.

Overall, I think its pretty east work. Home page would be quite simple and only area that may need few hours of work is customizing the plugin.
