Each video / image should also support a hyperlink specified in the XML file. When the user clicks on the active image or video it takes them to the link.

See the attached XML file for a sample of how the XML file should look. It can be modified as necessary to fit the requirements.

- background image that is proportional reziseable with the browser window
- Navigation at the bottom of the browser window. The navigation is mouse sensitive. So when a user rolls over the menu it slides up and the submenu should open.
- gallery in the navigation with scrolling arrows. (see screenshots)

If you choose flash than all content should be stored in xml files.

- There must be an area that will list different photo albums (text only)
- Once you have a photo album selected, it will display a list of about 10 or so thumbnails under the main big image that is in the center
- Must have other modern, 2.0 features

I don't mind if it's an existing photo gallery already made or if it's custom. I would prefer something asap and would like to test or see a live demo of it to see if it meets my specs.

The flash work must prove to work the same on IE, FF, and Safari at least and on Windows, Linux, and Apple OS running machines. This is a single flash sequence on our home page.
