Add Joomla Header And Footer To A Few Php Pages

I have a Joomla site, and a PHP script, which has 7 pages which need updating. The 7 PHP pages need to be changed so that they have the header image and menu from the Joomla site and the footer of the Joomla site added to each page. The CSS of the PHP pages will have to be the same as Joomla pages, so everything matches.

ajax and allow for comments. Integrating an existing joomla comment system is fine with me. I would like to be able to tweak a few things through the bakc end of joomla.

1. determine the location of the rating system (i.e. above or below the article)
2. the text to be displayed.
3. an image to be displayed (i.e. thumbs up, plus sign, etc, something where i can type the path of the image and it will appear next to the text.)
