The project is for a social network site for families to set up their own profile sites for 2-12 family members to share photos, videos, files, events, discussions and comment on everything anyone shares.
Features are pretty typical such as for photos, there would need to be the page that displays all posted photos albums and browse through the individual photos. As well as upload and delete tools.
Same with videos, files, events and blog posting. Would also like a chat tool.
One different feature is I would like the homepage of each groups' profile to be customizable so they can choose which modules and layout they would like their homepage to have.
I have a site in mind that this would be very similar to and can share that if you can show that you have done similar work in the past and are up to the challenge. I can also provide a full listing of features to those qualified bidders.

Youtube Like Video Sharing Site Script
We need a video sharing site script similar to youtube for our website. This shoould include plugins necceessary to play the videos format flv,mp4,avi,mpeg,wmv. The users should be able to register on site and post their videos. It should also include admin backend panel for website management.
