Review Node With Drupal

Currently I am working on creating new site which contains hosting informations/reviews/resources/news and "user to review their hosting provider" which can be integrated with other sections in the site. And I am working on this with Drupal and modules.
Basically we are looking for similar setting as hostjury.com's review section.
Since information/resource/news can be done easily with Drupal and modules, I have finished them mostly, but I am looking for the programmer who has "A lot" of experience with Drupal and mdoule, so that "review" page/node can be created with minimal custom programming because we like this site to be depended on drupal core and other module.
Detail and Example:
So as front page of review and review index page for individual hosting provider, it will looks like
http://hostjury.com/reviews/ICDSoft
which contains profile/belief of hosting company, homepage links and screenshot of their site. Below that, it contains reviews from users. I believe this can be done with View, content type and other modules. And the page should contains average rating of all users' review. So /reviews/ will be created with pathauto module and ICDSoft part to be page/story/or custom content type.
And should have link to jump some node/page where visitor can review their host

As I know fivestar only allows one rating, not like multiple categories like http://hostjury.com/reviews/add/230, but in front page of review should have one five star which is averaged of those categories. Please remember minimal programming is required. We are not looking for someone to create custom script. However, if it can be done with creating "module", that's fine, but in this case, it can not be depended on other modules.
Above is just belief that what we are looking for on this "review" module/node/block for hosting companies, module/node.
Please let me know what could be the price with this kind of project.
