I need help to rewrite a facebook comment script so I will get an email notification to a specific email-adress.
I will give you the script I am using on my blog and the email I want the notification sent to.

n needs to be sent to a place for moderation. I can quickly approve/delete/band users by ipaddress to make comments.

If approved it will allow the comment
If disapproved it will not allow
If banned - ban by ipaddress

I need a comment script that WORKS. Something like easycomments.com but that WORKS and works the way its supposed to. When captcha comes up, user should have an option to input the captcha code. If you have a captcha bypass, I WILL PAY MORE. MUST run smoothe. Must provide FULLY FUNCTIONAL DEMO before I release escrow funds to you. Already paid someone for this and they couldnt get it working properly.

Need a comment system for a site which will work with the AMEMBER script (http://www.amember.com/), a membership script. So the members of the site will be able to login and comment with their username and if they are not a member, they can comment as a guest. I need a captcha script to prevent spamming. Also need some way to associate a small avatar with members if it is possible but not neccessary.

I need a script that can login to that page, and then leave a comment, that's all.
Username/pass/comment will be read from a text file.

I rather this project in perl, but php could be ok as well.
