Penny Auction Script Wanted

I would like to have a Penny Auction Script exactly like the www.swoopo.com, and www.ebidzonline.com has. Both of these auction sites offer multiple auction formats all within the one auction site.
Example, I want the penny auction, Reverse or 100% off auction, buy anytime auction, set price auction and unique price auction all contained within my auction site. The descriptions are all listed within the two auction sites I have listed above.
I want the site skinned to have a very nice clean look and very easy for potential customers to get around on it.
Basically, an appearance very much like swoopo.com.
The site must be able to refresh the price without refreshing the whole page each time a bid is placed. I believe this is Ajax.
I want all the various pages available as swoopo and ebidzonline has.
References are required and I must be able to view same type of auction sites you have created and if desired, talk with admin of various sites.
I want complete honesty and no games as I have intentions of having at least 6 other auction sites to be up and running within a year and will need a good, honest working relationship with my programmer.
I MUST be able to trust you completely!!!

a seat auctions they usually display the amount of seats needed and I would rather not have that instead have something like Some Seats Still Available , Sign up before they are all sold and once they are sold to display all seats are sold.

We also want an uploader in admin so that the client can upload images and youtube embeds to appear on the closed listings pageas they wish.
ONCE AGAIN.... DON'T BID IF YOU CAN'T START RIGHT AWAY AND FINISH BY TUESDAY.... IF YOU BID AND WE HAVE TO CANCEL BECAUSE THE CLIENT CANCELLED DUE TO OVER-RUNNING, THEN WE WILL SLAUGHTER YOU IN THE REVIEW!!!

Penny Auction Script Timer Issues
We bought a script from Penny Auction Soft and have had major timer issues and need help. They constantly count down with either delays or counting down seconds by 2's. This happens on and off and is causing a lot of problems. Can anyone help with this? Please send references. We have wasted way too much money with people that say they can help but can't. We need this fixed asap. Thank you!
