I currently have windows 2008 Server on my machine but have been advised to install Linux Server,LAMP,FFMPEG etc so videos work correctly on Socialengine.
Once Installation is complete I need a test AVI file to be upload to show it is working correctly

I need someone to configure a domain, with subdomains and smtp server that sends email through dedicated ip each.

Has to function automatically.

Email arrives in mail folder on server > script runs removing image.jpg and saves image to file > email deleted.

esult they mounted the old hard drive as a slave and gave me a few days to copy everything over to the new drive. I have numerous domains on the server and those sites to be up and running again (with any relevant MySQL)databases. Here is the server info:

linux server optimization
currently running 4 big sites on it..
2 with vbulletin and 2 with datalife engine.
Server spec - i7, 8 core, 12 gb ram with cpanel
(php, mysql, nginix & apache)
currently server is going overloaded (some times it goes to 300+) after every few minutes.
munin whm / cpanel plugin is already installed but not working so need to correct it too.

I have a website that gets over 10,000 visitors a day.
I would like to offer a service where they can backup their pc files to my linux server.
There will be a fee charged to the customer.
I have a red hat linux server.
Not sure what other software, etc. is necessary to do this.

rs:

- setup vsftp
- isses logrotate in Plesk (too big logfiles)
- update Plesk
- search / remove possible rootkits
- fix erros with Munin
- update video encoding tools
- migrate websites with rsync from other server
- help with backup solution

These would be a few tasks to start with. I am also looking for a long term freelancer as I have constantly things
on my list that I can't do myself.

I need to backup my sites to a linux server today. If you have a dedicated server with Web Host Manager and Cpanel features that allow for the transfer of site please post in PMB.

I need to move all my site over to a temp server for a day or so.

a complete backup of my debian linux server each day automatically or by request.

I think that the backup data can be stored with Rsync also on a backup server (I have also virtual server).

If there are any problems with the server I must have the possibility to restore it completely with SSH login even if the server is reinstalled.

I have seen that there are existing solutions, so I think the work is not very many.

wever you must be familiar with also security settings on my linux server and magento website as it must be PCI compliant.I am awaiting your response.
1)I need a friendly control panel to be installed on the server when rebuild
2)I need full remote access to the server
3)You also need to install axigen webmail so I can send and recieved emails
3)If you are not prepared to work hard and get this job done please do not waste my time as this is an urgent matter fpor my business

ache .he should be able to deploy the php project on server. he should be able to manage the mysql database like backup etc.
he should be able to manage the apache configuration ,
server start stop etc.
