Features Add To Osdate

We need someone with prior osDate experience to made some additions to the admin for version 2.1.8. Please only reply if you have osDate experience. Please see attached documents for details. Please review before posting thanks.
We need these features to be added :
1 - An admin page to search/manage/view user photos
2 - An admin page to search/manage/view user "about me" text
3 - An admin page to search/view user messages
4 - Functionality to add a blacklist of words and regular expressions that are not allowed in user names, user messages and user "about myself" text
5 - Functionality to add a user option to report a photo, profile or message to admin.

- Add multiple items per transaction capability.
- When I edit the price of a product, the fees don't recalculate.
- Change the total cost to product cost on the sales pages.
- Remove everything about inventory and local sales (no longer needed).

– Make sure all features are operating with no errors or problems.

Simple bug fixing and features add

The sign up process will be divided in 3 parts instead of 2 parts currently shown.
Provider will work on his own server, when we will be both satisified will final results i will pay and privider will transfer the php database to my server and give source files.

CSV bulk upload
User should be able to post multiple ads via CSV upload. The admin should be able to activate the bulk upload feature for specific user accounts via admin.
Tags
User should be able to add tags/keywords to the ad. Tags should form a tag-cloud on the homepage.
Extra Fields
Some extrafields should be added in the ad template, so the user is able to add more detailed information in the ad.

Now the problem is that if the customer wants to buy another item. when clicking on add to cart the button keeps adding the item that is already in the cart. What i want to do is specify each add to cart button to the specific product.
e.g.
Head lamps - add to cart

Having some issues with our bundled products displaying properly.
The ADD TO CART button seems to of disappeared recently and the images don't display properly.
Looking for someone to rectify the issues.

when user clicks the link, i want it to say 'SAVING...' and then when the item has been added it should say 'SAVED'
the same feature will need to be implemented on the item detail page, but the item detail page will say - 'SAVED (REMOVE)' remove being a link to remove from the watchlist.
