Ad Booking Form
Required skills: C/C++, .NET, PHP, MySQL, SQL
I need a booking and scheduling form for a newspaper.
Here is the run down of what is needed.
It can either run off our local file server (Windows Server 2003) or a linux web server (PHP & MySQL).
Basically I need the program/script to have a front logon screen. Then log that person with a list of things to do, eg for a rep it might have ads that are about to finish so they are then reminded to call them back to re-book. Show a pie-chart with their monthly quota and how much they have booked so far. Then from there be able to select the different sections of the program/script.
1 section would be to book, cancel, or alter a advertising booking. The booking form would need to be able to enter new customer details if required, or retrieve existing customer details from the database. The form would then have the fields to book the ad, including dates to run the ad or run til further notice. Price of the ad. Special requirements.
It would also need how it's being paid for, Account (if so account # retreived from customers database) cheque, credit card, cash.
Automatically assign a booking number and print PDF to file and also stor in customer database so it can be retreived and re-printed if needed.
If the ad is booked for an account customer it should check the customers credit limit to ensure that they have enough credit. If not alert the operator save the booking but not assign booking number until credit cleared or supervisor password to authorise.
Cancellations, obviously retreive original booking and print a cancellation confirmation number and store on file. And same with alteration.
Then there would be a accounts section where the administrator can set up accounts, credit limits, stop credit (to put a hold on accounts) or to clear stop credit.
Another section where a user can access on screen and also print out a list of all ads booked for a certain publication date, showing advertiser name, size, etc.

r pay with paypal or request an invoice. At the moment Request an Invoice works fine, the validation is working and it will send an email to me then display the thank you page. But I don't know how to integrate the validation to the paypal option. I need both to work

I am looking for someone to create a simple reservation booking form for a hotel.

ou the room types but I need instructions later if I want to add another type or remove easily. Booking form should do the same thing and send details to an email address using the website backend (php or similar)

Add on work for customized booking form
he main booking form page and also when user select flight then class, the price of this class should be shown too.
The notification area, through which i can post something on the back end, and all the user will see it on the form, if there is some urgent msg or news from the admin.
