Usenet Image Downloader/viewer

This is a two part application:
The first part
PHP application that will run on a cron, crawl usenet, and download images. Must support multi part images, yenc, and similar.
Images will be downloaded to folders organized in the newsgroup name/date/thumbs/ and newsgroup name/date/large
The second part is simpler
A website will display newsgroups as categories, when user clicks on the category, the thumbs will be displayed with paging.
This must support high volume, so while files needs to be stored on hard drive, it might be a good idea to create a mySQL database entries to speed the browsing by the web application.
PHP Code should use classes to keep the code clean, and code must be well documented.

BONUS: If you can do videos as well, you will get paid a bonus!

The processing commands for Image Pro have been recorded and are supplied.
The data then needs to be exported in an appropriate format to an excel template (supplied) and saved with a filename matching the directory name. The template can be supplied, but it would be preferable if the script created and saved an excel workbook for each directory processed.
It would be preferable if this process could be setup by the user and would then run completely automated.

The image of the man, needs to be changed a bit, the arm with the stick I like, the other arm with the loop needs to be changed, something simpler with this arm just hanging there or something. The font doesn't have to match perfectly, but needs to be close.
I can only pay a maximum of $ 15 for this, so please do not bid higher.

I keep getting this error: "000011.jpg (119.5KB) - IO Error" when attempting to upload images into a photocrati image gallery which uses the flash uploader which appears to be the only uploader option.
I don't have a problem with regular photo uploads from the browser based uploader.
Quick help would be appreciated.

So it should be fairly easy to line up the CSS files from both sites and identify where color changes need to be made. I believe the last designer that I had work on this had to do some image work to make everything match up.
