Mysql/php Script Members Area

I am looking for someone who can help me build the back end section for my members area.
I need it to be password protected. It has to be user friendly for me the webmaster. I need to be able to manually create/delete/edit users accounts. I also need this to be set up with our merchant provider. As of right now we are looking at using either Zombaio.com or Netbilling.com.
Also we would like the members section set up so that we can easily send off mass emails to the entire list of members or have an option to check off which members receive the email and so on.
This is going to be for an adult website so if you are offended by adult content please do not bother bidding.

Members Area Script Needed
l but with a subscription button. Unfortunately that is very limiting as I'm not offering a subscription but a one-time payment for a lifetime membership, and I'm having problems accepting payments and the paypal 'subscribe' button doesn't accept credit card payments which is supported with the 'buy now' button.

Simple Members Area Script Integrating Aweber by percent9
ection of the Aweber data and merge it with the password protection script on the site/pages.
As long as it is not too complex, I can install the scripts as well as setup the mysql database on my server, and design the required front end pages.
I am undecided as to whether the site will be standard .html or if I am going to use a CMS like Joomla -- either way, I would want this to be flexibile enough to work in both circumstances.
