The data is still intact and we have maintained a backup of the data. I am open to improvements in the database and a simplification of the input screen. Throw me out some suggestions and both a bottom line price for repair and re-installing the database on the new site and also for pricing of improvements.

Fix 2 forms and add them to database for a website

clients to be able to log into this page using a password provided by me. Clients should then be able to browse the entire list and add songs to a playlist for their event. They also need to be able to add songs to a playlist that may not be in the database. This playlist then needs to be forwarded to my email address with all the client information attached to it. I would also beed to be able to update this list of songs myself.
