Wp Blog - Fix Errors & Update

I have a WP blog in development that needs some attention today from a WP expert. Here are the issues:
1. Errors. The links to the post pages, archive pages, and category pages are not working and instead show a 404 not found error. I need these errors fixed.
2. Upgrade to most Current Version of WP
3. Install and set up on the new blog the same 8 plug ins I am currently using on my old blog. One of these is an alinks plug in. It needs to be set up with the exact same settings and keywords as is used in my other blog. The only difference is that the new blog uses php5 and requires a different version of alinks, whereas my old blog uses php4 and runs an older version of alinks
4. Identify the source of strange characters in some of the blog posts and have them removed. Perhaps the post and comment data needs to be restored??
Please let me know if you can begin the project immediately, how long you expect it to take, and if you have WP experience.

WP blog RSS feed errors
y good WP and XML programmer who can make RSS feed compatible with all major browsers. Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Safari, Opera and K-Meleon are must. That means the feed must be made compatible, viewable and readable and subscribable, at lease on these five browsers. Our blog is on Windows server. So a very good knowledge of Windows server is must.

I probably need the height re-sized so the page scale looks correct. I don't mind if the user has to scroll down to view the entire page. All the important items should be above the fold, anyway.

Hi, I need a WP blog pro to help me with my WP blogs. I need him/her to walk me through some basics in set up and data base and file editing. This is a project to teach me, at the same time as doing it for me. We would use IM and you can walk me through some steps of blog set up and editing of file permissions etc. This should be easy for anyone with WP experience, and a little patience.
