I need a new financial content site, the site will need to contain two blogs that are on seperate pages, it will need to have a site map, a link page, and password for subscribers. One of the blogs is a paid blog, that should be able to post links and video as well. One blog is paid and the other is free, but you have to be a subscriber to view the paid one only. anyone can pull up the free one. I also want a live chat feature in the paid one, I was thinking using skype or some other IM feature for it so the moderator can have a live chat session as needed for paying subscribers. This site will need to be able to send out blog entries from the paid site to subscribers immidiatly via e mail. I have a service for this but will need to implement it. I will need flash ads as well as a small flash intro for the top of the page. PAge will need to be SEO ready and sharp looking
