Fix Error In Addon (php Files)

Fix an existing addon (5 php files) that first worked correctly but after upgrading the main script with their latest version, the addon shows errors. The addon is a payment script that connects to an API of an commercial script.
When trying to buy a product and paying with this addon, these errors are shown:

"You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'soil is comprised of essential vitamins, minerals, alkaloids, trace elements and' at line 1"
It is about a year since I last updated prices. This has never happened before. And I have made no changes to the code. So it is a mystery why the error is appearing.
Can someone please help me?

a "Not Found error message appears" as follows: Page error = "The requested URL /shop//shop/index.php was not found on this server."
so I think there is an error in configuration.php file which is causing this?
Need someone to investigate make changes and test, to get it working.

Check the permissions and user/group. I had problems with this. I had to make the apache user owner of the sessions dir.
Look in your php.ini file and see what the option 'session.save_path' says. That's the dir that apache needs to have access to. Apache runs as a specific user/group and it needs to have write access to that dir

tml view. Whenever I try and use it I get a javascript error in my browser and it doesn't display properly.
