New Joomla Template

We need to have a new Joomla Template desinged for one of our clients. The design must include a new logo and be 100% ready to load into Joomla. Which means it should need no further programming to run in Joomla. See the attached files for more details. The clinet must apporve the final desing so expect to have to make changes up to three times if the client so desires. If you don't understand the project ask me questions before you bid.

on of new colour scheme in the template parameters - ie copy a colour folder and duplicate - change and then offer that as an option - if there was a way for the person to chose from the front end as a administrator that would be a bonus but not critical).

I have the design idea, I need someone who can make a good fast loading clean template for Joomla!

Not critical but I would like to either use Gantry or T3 system. Those that know will understand, as I would like to be able to change colours, but I can do that with css and change gifs and pngs colours.

I have the design I want to finish looking like and I will need another template will be needed once this is successful.

The template must not be in any breach of any copyright - ie unique.

I need to JUST DELETE A FEW ELEMENTS from the Main Page. Those are marked in the screenshots I enclose. One screenshot is from the upper part of the screen, the second one is from the bottom.

So, this is a quick and easy job. Delete a few elements - that's it! The only requirement I have is your PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH JOOMLA.

I would be willing to pay about $ 20-30 for this job.

I have a logo i am happy with that the designer could use or create a new logo to fit the new design, i would also like the logo to be handed over to me as a full vector illustrator file so i can use the logo for printing purposes.

At the moment i am using ja_teline_iii_v1 template and i want to upgrade to the new ja_teline_iv template using the t3 framework.

I want to do a fresh new install and just copy the specific mysql data (content, kunena, CB users etc..) from the old site. I dont want the old uneeded extensions to be copied as well.

I need an expert familiar with joomla and preferrably these specific templates.

The blackvoices.com template would be perfect for my site as long as the same style sheet for JA Teline is used. cally I have created a Joomla template with preset styles. When you change the preset style on a select option I need several other text params to change. I came up with this script that should work http://www.viperdemo.info/load-styles-test.html. However I'm having a little trouble getting it to work in a custom Joomla template param. I think I just need a fresh pair of eyes to take a look at my code.
