Mod Rewrite Help

Ok, I'm having some issues with mod rewrite. I've created most of what I need, but it might need some cleaning up, so I leave that up the the expert. I'm also having two issues. I have the htaccess file in a sub-directory and have attached it. Here is the issue:
1) When you visit /folder it should forward to /folder/
- Right now, it's just pulling up a page not found
2) I need to add 1 more rule, however this one is a bit tricky. Currently, the url is being called by: <?PHP echo $ item['href'];?>"> from another file. I can't seem to figure out how this file is actually pulling the url, so you'll have to do some research, then make the rewrite rule.
Should be a fairly easy job, so please keep your bid reasonable. Any questions, open a pm.

Get Mod Rewrite to work on Windows 2008 w/IIS7 like on Linux

Query String is the default setting. Mod Rewrite only works on an Apache server.

Mod Rewrite Case Insensitive

It's working fine. The only problem is this ... it treats all input as case sensitive. So, if someone wrote "autopages.com/ZBRO_5705", it would lead to an error page. This is weird, because if you plug in 'BRO_5705" into the normal search URL above, it leads to the right page (i.e., the search itself is not case sensitive).
We need a tweak to the mod rewrite statement that makes it case insensitive.

t time, i will just need you to do it and test it. My site is www.finallythebasics.com. I am switching web hosts this week so that i can have access to .htaccess - i am not sure if this matters. In addition to this, i will have mulitple parked domain names. (not sure if this matters).

Issue with Apache, PHP and Mod-Rewrite Redirect Dinamically
d I didn't know how to do the correct redirect, search engines, Google specially is taking this new URLS as a Duplicated Content.

Is there a problem with my mod rewrite rule?
like http://site.com/daylily/Robin-Frost. The problem I am experiencing is when I look at yahoo site explorer, it picked up http://site.com/general/ with the title of Robin Frost. Also, google only picked up on the URL's that are rewritten, it should have been a couple of the URL's by now.

Mod Rewrite Pro Needed for Flash Player
is between 1-10 MP3 files. When you click on the MP3 file, it loads. What I need is someone who can create a script or change the mod rewrite so when a MP3 file is clicked, a flash player plays instead. I can add code to each page to allow for a popup lightbox player or something to appear when clicked, but the code has to be same for each page. Some pages have 1 and some have 10 MP3 files on it.

I have a php script that will accept the variables as such:
index.php?artist=ARTIST&song=SONGNAME&rand=RANDOM_ID
Artist will always be set. Song name and random_id will not always be set. However, it is safe to assume that if the random_id is set, song_name will also be set.
You provide the mod rewrite code and I will integrate it into my .htaccess.
