Gift Card Ecommerce Site.

We are seeking a web developer to create a new ecommerce site for us. The basic idea of this new venture is to allow users to log on to the site, customize gift cards and have them sent to their family and friends.
Site Operation:
The following is how we would like the site to operate from the users perspective.
First - User visits the site then chooses a store gift card that they would like to customize, along with the amount. The user then taken to a flash or flex customization tool. The tool should have the options of drawing tools, adding photos text and choosing backgrounds. There should also be a section of the card that displays the stores logo.
Second - User then clicks a NEXT OPTION and chooses a greeting card that will be attached with their gift card, they should then have the ability to choose text that will go inside the greeting card.
Third - User clicks another NEXT OPTION and chooses the name and address that the gift card will be sent. The user should be then ported to the payment system or have the ability to keep shopping for more cards.

We would like the site to have a simple web 2.0 feel, and be very easy to use.
Admin:
With the admin section we should have the ability to add new store gift cards, create categories, set new prices for each cards and shipping. Add new designs and backgrounds, and of course see orders, and customers.
Platform:
We would like the site to be created in php, mysql

Build-a-kit worksheet for Joomla eCommerce site
0 to 10 items...maybe with a drop down. Each item also needs an "add-to-cart" option...and/or an "add-to-cart" option for the entire listing of all products.
We might want to add freight charges too. Freight charges are based upon the total order value. (There are currently 9 brackets...but I probably need to add more). Although immaterial in the freight calculation...a zip code will be required before the freight is calculated.
