Very Simple Php Template
Required skills: PHP
I need a very simple php template, that displays an image in the background that is fixed. And constrains an image in the foreground in correlation to the back ground image. It is important that the relative positioning of the 2 images stays the same at all resolutions, meaning, users with different size monitors will see the middle "container" with just the sides cut off at lower resolutions.
See attached images.
I want the red box to stay between the white lines, at all resolutions and move if scrolled, while the background stays fixed. Also, I need the text that I enter to stay between the lines as well.

I need only 4 php pages for index.php, login.php, registration.php and search.php, so programming it should be very easy.
For my website's graphic design you should be very good in working with photoshop, I only need photoshop psd files for my website design and layout.

Basic layout with a lighter color scheme. Need places to fix Google Ads. It must look clean, neat and easy on the eyes.

The first one being a short form, which will take around 15-20 values in a form and save them to a MYSQL database.
Have lot of forms to be made into that system. Its a very simple PHP/MYSQL system.
so less than an hour's work.
$ 10 budget for this small form and immediate more work to follow.
Sorry to say, but please refrain from bidding if you cannot do it for $ 10. let's respect each others time.
