Flash Programmers:
I teach a four-day course to double people's reading speed. I need to be able to control the speed of a Vertical Wipe.
Imagine I send you a file containing a novel. Here is what your program should be able to do:
Load the file containing the book text, going to whatever page the student designates.
If a student types in “32”, page 32 appears on the screen. He then types in an “Accelerator Setting” that will control the speed of the Vertical Wipe. The Vertical Wipe will then erase the page gradually, from the top down, forcing the student to read faster than he normally would.
When the student reaches the bottom of the page, he will find three buttons there: “Repeat”, “Next Page”, and “Turn Accelerator OFF”.
If the student hits “Repeat”, page 32 re-appears and the Vertical Wipe begins again from the top. If he selects “Next Page”, page 33 appears. In each case, the Vertical Wipe functions at the same Accelerator Setting that was chosen at the beginning of the session (unless and until the student selects a new setting).
The third button enables the student to read pages without being pushed by the Vertical Wipe. The button can function like a toggle switch. The button will normally say “Turn Accelerator OFF”. If the student selects this option, the Vertical Wipe does not occur, and the third button will immediately change to “Turn Accelerator ON”.
This will need to run on a CD-ROM.
(Also, if you know how to make the CD-ROM copy-protected, please quote that separately. However, this is not required to bid the job.)

The end user should be able to customize colours of the background cancels, lines etc
The horizontal scale will show the date
So for this job I am after someone wit experience to see the job through.
Experience will be really good, and some current example of similar chart or platform builds would be good

20 Simple 1 Page Website Designs Needed > Wine Theme
will need up to 3 revisions per design.
After I approve the 20 designs, I will need them coded into HTML with an accompanying CSS file (text links will need to have rollover effect) and the necessary image files.
No Flash please.
These designs should be professional looking enough looking that other wineries would want to use them for their website but not so complex that I have to spend an arm and a leg for them.

- The theme must be designed in photoshop and sliced into Artisteer 3, then exported to ensure that the theme is 100% compatible with all major browsers
I have no graphical ability hence I am freelancing this project. I can not really advise on changes to the theme and logo, I can only say whether I like it or not.

Fix footer for IE 9 and Firefox
s with horizontal rows not columns and the color is also missing (#C40002). So, rather than someone trying who has no idea what they are doing, I only want bids from people who have experience with Thesis and possibly Thesis Open Hook who know what they are doing. I would think someone who knows what to do could finish this job in about 30 minutes or less.
