Ebay Template For Auctions

READ - NOT A WEBSITE - Just a simplete EBAY.COM template
We are looking for a professional Ebay.com Template that will accomplish the Following.
1. Provide a very professional Simple Premium feel for our clients ebay auctions
2. Be an easy to modify template when additional products are ready to be listed using the same template.
3. Include a highly visable brandable logo and professional appeal (we will provide color scheme as well as sketches from which we will need the logo/template branded from)
4. Reflect a Clear 600x450 Main Image of the product in the Main listing (this picture should be duplicated from the same picture uploaded to the ebay server to simplify bulk listings and prevent continuous editing of the inline image url)
5. Consolidate the time necessary to post multiple listings, may auto load parts of urls, auto duplicate titles, pictures etc to really save time between each item posted
6. Interface easily with Turbo Lister 2
7. Easily Integrate with Ebay Stores setup and Clearly reflect important links such as store categories within each item listing
8. Have separate boxes of information, 1st being the logo of store, search bar for only Sellers ebay store, store categories, main image, title, condition, whats included. 2nd will be the Shipping policies. 3rd will be Returns Policy. 4rth Feedback Policies. 5th Combined / Multiple Purchase Specials and discounts.
9. Cross promote other items that the Seller has for sale, clearly and professionally. Include some sort of interactive or sticky element for the buyers to come back or buy other items, or add on other items. Also easy tabs to watch item, contact us, visit store, make offer, view policies, and about me pages.
***10. Be Easy to navigate and increase sales percentage.
11. Help push the Excellent customer services and previous buyers satisfaction with sellers products and previous history. Help customers to feel confident in seller and their products.
12. Help the Seller to list Items Faster and More Efficiently, utilizing either Turbo Lister 2 or any other method that is recommended. (Listing specifics that will be changed from item to item are only - Main Image - Title - Condition - Whats Included - Price) All other information will be the same throughout all listings.
13. Be compatible with ebay policies for any javascripts or css involved with the template and be Cross browser compatible
14. be w3c compliant and mobile browser friendly.
15. Be Optimized to be fast loading.
16. Perhaps have the ability for indexing certain titles, or adding multimedia or customer reviews of particular products.
17. Should be in easily editable HTML/ CSS format
17a. This may not encompass the entirety of the project if we think of something that needs to be added it will be posted to the additional terms of this project, however this should be the bulk of what needs to be done. Fairly simple since it is not a website just template and a graphical agenda.
17b. Possible Interface with an outside database to track Conversion percentages (views based on actually purchased), average sales price etc.
In addition to the above template
1. Client requires A completely custom About ME page that will reflect the same professionalism and branding present in the item templates, and store look and feel. Will be easy to edit when necessary (textual editing only).
2. All logos and templates will also need to be provided in Adobe cs2 or cs3 Illustrator format for future customization by in house graphical artists.
This project will be a precursor of a Major website the client has launching so it will not need a full e-commerce. Just an Ebay template that will Help Push Sales by increasing Conversion Percentages. Should not be confusing, Clear Concise and Professional.
