Email Mailing List Program
Required skills: PHP, System Administration
I would like someone to help me create a simple email mailing list program. I was using Phplist, but it doesn't work well for me.
I would like someone to create something custom for me.
This program needs to be written in PHP 5.0.
The freelancer will need to know email, SMTP, PHP, and basic networking.
I'm looking for Eastern European programmers.
I will need 100% of the source code and NO encrypted portions.
I will deposit the money in an escrow account.
Half the money will be released from Escrow upon successful testing of my application on your hosted server.
The rest of the money will be released from escrow upon successful installation and testing on my server.
I will own full rights to the source code.
ongoing work is very likely. Currently, i do not want database functionality included. However, eventually I will... And also, if it works well, i'll need other features and updates.
I'm looking for someone who already has experience with this sort of stuff. Please tell me more about your experience with PHP, mailing list programs like PHPlist, networking, SMTP, etc.

The server I am using is windows2000 Pro as supplied by ICUK with the
database sitting in a Private directory.
Everything needs to be secure and password protected but SSL is not

Mailing List program
ings on a continuous basis I can just check off their group name and only they will receive it.
I should be able to add people to existing groups at any time not just when they are added to the database.
I would also like the ability to name the groups when they created.
If it would be easier for you to do this from scratch rather than upgrade my script, by all means quote me for that as well. Just let me know which you are quoting for.

Email Mailing List Script With Mysql
40 days, specified zipcode etc). Once filter is created, an email can be generated and sent to all emails on the list. Level 3 (master) password required for master search.
Security:
Level 1, 2 & 3 security password needed. Script should be limited to only specified IP addresses.
Please note that I will not be able to give you access to my ftp or mysql for security reasons. You will have to give me a finished script & mysql file and I can install them myself.

Email Campaign System
a company admin panel where we need customization as we want to see the contents of the new database entries in our php admin screen.
Lastly,in the mailing list program we wanted to customize encoding to send in UTF-8 as receiving end will view in a different language.

A plus but not a necessity (because of time) would be for the newsletter to be saved so anyone could go to the a link and see all the newsletters sent out.
