Adding Blog Content To Website

I have a website that I would like to keep in its current shape www.casinoranking.com
Near the bottom of the index page below most of the content I would like to have autoupdated 5 articles that will be written for me.
There should be:
The date, the title of the article and the first 100 words. To see an example of what I mean see onlinecasinosuite.com (below sweet players gambling blog)
Once someone clicks on one of the article links it should lead to the blog page.
The blog page will be autocreated when someone posts an article. I would like for the article to be posted as I would a normal blog meaning without me having to ftp anything.
The blog page should also retain the current look and feel of the casinoranking website.

e minutes per site .. there's No need in having css or something skills
I'll send you the content and templates your work will be only adding them in the html ,save the html's to be ready for upload and send them to me ..
I'm still in the process of testing but when all is ready there will be 10-15 sites maybe a day so I'm looking for longer term guy.
