Online Music Player (youtube)

We want to have an online music player wich streams audio and video from youtube, google video and from the web. Users can create their own playlist and can save and share them. The website needs to have the folowing key-features:
Users:
- registration
- login
- create/save multiple playlists
- share playlists
Search:
- suggestions like youtube
- drag and drop to playlist/player
- preview play
- filter and sort options
playlist/player:
- Basic functions like play/stop/next
- shuffle
- volume control
- progress bar
- prebuffering of songs in playlist
- play video
We want the website to run smooth, for instance while searching the musicplayer won't stop. Furtermore, we have an elaborate discription of all functionality and we also have a layout ready. We are looking for someone who will think with us and won't hesitate to come up with his own ideas.

Music Player With Continuous Play Across Pages

This can be done from scratch OR you can modify the open source link that I provided above. That script works perfectly, except the address bar stays static when I switch pages / click on links to the site. The music will NOT be hosted on my site, but rather taken from youtube / external mp3 links. I am using wordpress for my website.

: Artist Name Music / Band Name Music and so on. if no meta tags are in the mp3 just look up the song file name that is being played.
When clicking the add music it must detect the current folder it sits on and open the file browser in the folder the exe is in.
All graphics for the player is ready, both psd files + sliced and ready to go ones.

The payer should not be very complicated but will have the usual functions of play, stop, pause, load bar and play bar, etc. We have a sample of what the player should be like. 2) His own compositions / favorite tunes will be available
3) The music player /editor itself with drag and drop functionality (User should be be able to
drag and drop loops and compositions onto the editor/ player)
4) The player editor has the ability to play / record voice / pause / stop/ rearrange loops in
terms of timeline/ post composition on Facebook /download composition.
