I am running a video sharing site (videowatchpro, not phpmotion) and would like to add an additional feature. This feature should allow me to auto embed videos through RSS feeds. A cron job should update my site and automatically embed the new videos, add title, description and thumbnail from the origin site.

I need the following options:
1. Add/remove RSS feeds from the admin or site. If from site make it a "blind link" so only the admin visitors know it's there.
2. The videos from the added RSS feeds should be updated ever 60 mins or all 30 mins.
3. I need to be able to assign the RSS to a category on my site.
4. I need to be able to assign the RSS to a user name.
Please provide me with a quote and how soon you could do it. There's potential for more work.

It must not grab duplicate videos. Like when I enter a keyword "teenage porn" to search in the component, then I can choose what sites to grab, and what category in my site to save it as the article......Also if the URL has been grabbed before, then it won't grab

Before that the video grabber work at 80%: the video was grabbed but the duration time don't display on the player and the video was not added on categories.
