Convert Pdf/word Doc To Html

I want a report converting to HTML for display on our new website. I have several of these to do but thought you might want to do one and scope up the work deciding a ‘per report' price in the same way we did with the template conversions? Here is the brief:
1. I have attached a PDF and Word doc of the same report. We are to code this report into HTML and CSS inline with the new website www.apartmentservice.com
2. the tables and graphs on the attached word doc are drafts, can you 'cut and paste' the formatted ones from the .pdf version
3. The report can be put into the site on the follow page template: http://www.apartmentservice.com/web/about.aspx (you might want to remove the three images on the right hand side to create some space for the report
4. On the PDF version you can exclude the first two (cover and index) and final two pages (message from managing director and best of both worlds advert) from the HTML pages.
5. You wont be able to get the pages looking perfect, like in the PDf's but would be good to have the design fit in with the look and feel of the web site www.apartmentservice.com
6. Div based design )although tables may be used to represent data where tables are used in the report
7. It would be best to have the report broken into several HTML pages, the same as those in the attached docs.

lean and CSS file(s) should be written with logical and meaningful class names with comment lines.
Pages have to be cross browser compliant. It should work consistently on a minimum of IE (7,8,9), Firefox, Safari,Mobile Safari(iPad), Opera, and Chrome. Should also work on Windows as well as Mac platforms. We will expect the developer to thoroughly test for the same.

Design and Convert PSD template to Html
I have a PSD template I need modified and coded into Html. I will provide all the content for the page, I will need you to change some things around, change colors and make me a logo for the name, and stuff like check out or buy now options. Then I will need the page convert to Html and put on my server. Budget $ 100-$ 150. Communication is important, I need prompt people for frequent updates. I need this a.s.a.p so hopefully by Sunday.

ices should be reasonable in size (i.e. not too large) to allow easier changes in the future. CSS should be used as much as possible & tables as little as possible.
HTML & CSS should be well-formatted and not machine-generated. HTML & CSS should be in 2 separate files. That is one HTML file & one CSS file.
In addition, the original PSD with the slices defined in it should be provided in a format that Photoshop CS4 can read.
