I can fund money up front in escrow, but will not release any money up front. I've been ripped off too many times releasing money up front and grown tired of it. What I suggest is funding 50% up front and releasing that 50% once you have the above site fully functionally properly to my standards on your server. Once you put it on my server the other 50% would be funded and released.
