Required skills: Visual Basic
This is VB desktop application
Need this done now, do not take this unless you can do this once we connect
Price is a factor no high bids accepted for simple project
Very simple changes to header and replace graphics to program
no programming mods to be made other than replacing headers titles etc...
I am renaming a product and changing graphics only.
MUST BE DONE QUICKLY AND IN BUDGET
All software created developer is to deliver all source code to me to do with it as I please. All rights to this software will be turned over to me.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement)

Very Simple Vb Program

After the fields have been filled it it generates a new form with the parameters from this form, so its just a blank form with the height and width, title and colour, optional image from the first form fileds.
The program should be able to generate many forms, upto 20.
The forms it creats should be able to resize and have the close form x at the top right of the title bar.
Thats all pretty simple :)

the client tool will really small and just runs and tells the server side that its open for me to access that computer...

- Closes upon successful save
