Unique Appraisal Site / Coding

Here is a general outline of what I would like done.
I am interested in starting an innovative domain name appraisal website. Instead of having a typical appraisal site where the domain is appraised by one professional, I would like to hire a team of appraisers who would work commission based, and give a quick approximate appraisal of a domain, that way the person who ordered the appraisal can have many opinions instead of just one finite appraisal. The following would have to be integrated into the website:
- A form where they can order an appraisal, with slots for; amount of domains wanting to be appraised, domain(s) wanting to be appraised, amount of people they would like to have their domain appraised by (with a drop down menu with the options of 5 appraisers, 10 appraisers, or 15 appraisers, their name, options for payments (including MoneyBookers or Paypal). In addition, the amount of domains ordered would have to be a multiplier of the total payment amount. For instance, if they ordered 1 domain and wanted 10 people to appraise it, it would cost $ 7.50. However, if they wanted 2 domains to be appraised by 10 people, then the total needs to be updated to twice the original case (in this example, $ 15). I also want prices displayed somewhere on the page, with the following prices per domain (and it would have to be in text in case I wanted to edit the prices at a future date):
$ 4.5 for 5 domain appraisers to appraise your domain (90 (cents sign) per appraiser)
$ 7.5 for 10 domain appraisers to appraise your domain (.75 (cents sign) per appraiser)
$ 10.8 for 15 domain appraisers to appraise your domain (.72 (cents sign) per appraiser)
- I think building a staff area will be the most complex area. I would need an area where staff members (aka appraisers) can receive the domains that need to be appraised (retrieved from the order form), and then a box where they can enter the price (value of domain), and then another textbox below it where they can enter additional comments about the domain that they wish to pass on to the domain owner. Once the order gets filled (meaning the amount of appraisers they requested to appraise the domain have sent in their appraisal) then they need to receive in e-mail back that would include:
- Each individual appraisal, with the comments the appraiser left below the given price that they put.
- The average price of all the appraisals.
So to recap, there would need to be a central place where it lists all incoming requests for appraisals, where it lists the domains. The person would then click on the domain, and the script would need to be keeping track of the amount of appraisers who clicked on the domain. Then when the correct number of appraisers (the amount requested) click on the domain, it would disappear from the central place. Also, I need to keep track of how many domains each appraiser appraised so that I can then pay them based on how many domains they appraised. Each appraiser needs to have an account so that they can be tracked as to how many domains they've appraised.
I would also need a tab labeled contact on the site with a section where I can put contact information, an about us section, and a jobs section (for people seeking to be appraisers), all of which should both be fairly self explanatory. Nothing fancy there.

Site shall be in accordance with SEO (Search Engine Optimization). I will be able to create a new page from panel. The name of the page I formed shall be converted to link(like "Hello There" shall be "hello-there.html"). There shall be advertorial areas on the related site. The screen view shall be the same as the sample site. Only difference shall be the colors I mentioned.

Add Sidebar To Site - Appraisal 2
to add a new page template to the appraisal site that includes a right sidebar to the home page. The right sidebar will include the links list while the left will have the categories. the new right sidebar should have the same colors as the left one.

Also, a feature that automatically updates our FaceBook status / Twitter page with the latest auction details - I.e. No auction timers are required for this site but instead each auction will require a percentage bar which I will need full control over the different values from within the control panel. This is so I can control the number of bids required to close the auction.
