Iphone Speed Test App

I need a very simple iPhone Speed Test app.
This is a app for the phone that will go on the app store, not a web app.
It will have 3 pages. a speed test page were the user selects to start a speed test, a past results page, and a about page.
There will be 3 test files, for each connection speed.
All the results from the speed test will have to be recorded into my mysql database, and must use the web content embed to record the results with a php script.
Payment will be sent through scriptlance.

Iphone Speed Test App
I am looking for a simple iPhone speedtest app, to go along with my web app that I currently have. It will be a simple speedtest app, that must integrate with my current mysql database and for users and stat tracking. Different test sizes must be run depending on if the user is on edge, wifi, or 3G.

We'd also like to have a notification pop up for users viewing the site on a mobile browser informing them that there is an application available for their device.

be to hard for someone that can do it. I have only taken a weekend to work with both iphone and andriod and create "where is my car" app for both. I just need/want someone that has a little more knowledge to put it together for me.

I need an iPhone app that can integrate with the built-in iPod to adjust the speed (up to double speed or down to half time) of a song without altering pitch, and vice-versa.
