Ms Access Database Creation

Im looking for an honest MS Access expert to create, from scratch, a database for me.
I currently use a spreadsheet for keeping track of my customers details and reminding me to call them back on certain dates etc...
This spreadsheet contains name, ph no., address, and some free text about each customer. Also, it has a list of job ref numbers that i take.
I want someone to design a better system that can do the following
Open a new job file and job number for a new customer enquiry - These are to start at say Q08-100 next Q08-101 etc...
Store customers name, address, ph, email.
Blank text box for writing information about the customers requirements etc...
I can manually input a date to remind me to call customers on any particular date.
Auto remind me to call a customer, 1 week after a new quote was taken out.
That is able to search for a customer by name, quote no etc....
Able to list where the customers first heard of us and total these different locations.
When i recieve an order i want to be able to mark the enquiry as a sale. This will then remind me to check payment has been received 2 months after it became marked as an order. I can then cancel this reminder when payment is received or the sale is marked as "Fully paid"
You may suggest other functions for good CRM.
We only take out about 5 quotes per day, so its a small system. It must have a good interface and front end, containing our company logo etc... and be approved by me first before progressing.
Must have printable report for giving total new inquiries/sales per week/month/year etc...
Additional Info (Added 9/10/2008 at 13:09 EST)...Details of all current customers from 2008, approx 270 peoples name, email address, ph no. and comments must be entered in to the database when complete

Build MS Access Database, 3 Data entry forms and 3 reports.

Publish An Ms Access Database
I need to somehow publish an MS access database so that it can be accessed via the internet. I want the menu to be a page and then the data to be entered right from the page.
The problem is I do not have a .ASP or MS compatible server.
So i am open to ideas!

MS Access Database Creation

The only other thing i need it to be able to make lists of action items, like a tickler from assets and inventory and i would like to be able to assign a date and quantity level to reorder from. From these lists/ticklers i create the date should act and quantity level should act like an alarm or reminder. i should also be able to view by radio button for current lists by category i create and by due date.

Convert MS Access Database to MySQL Tables
ust have a few tables to go so need somebody who can do this work today.
I also need help with the tables that have been imported. They were imported as duplicate tables like if i had students table originally in mysql then we made another called students2 for the new imported ms access data.
Now I want to copy the data from students2 to students which is pretty easy.. just need to match the fields i want to bring across.

Payroll Program In C# With Ms Access Database

When the next Monday comes- Vija enters his name and password and a blank form opens for him to start entering hours for the week again.
I need the process above accomplished- if you have another way of doing it - I will look at it- I just need it to work like I have explained.

Convert MS Access Database to Working SQL Database / Program
We are currently running a small in-house MS Access database which we now need to access via multiple retail stores over a VPN.
With MS Access you cannot use it over a VPN efficiently so we are in need of upgrading the database to SQL so then it can be run fast over the VPN.

Scrape data from website into MS Access database
Existing MS Access database of real estate properties is designed to add to properties by scraping information form the currently open web page of a data provider. It used to work but apparently the data provider changed the format of the page so it needs to be modified

individual clients invoices, save these individual invoices as a pdf, and then email to clients. Way too cumbersome.
We are willing to speak with a Access programmer on possible solutions if editing in not possible, ie. a complete overhaul of the database to make it more efficient and user friendly. If we are happy with the work, future modifications and maintenance will be arranged.
