I actually have 2 applications that do exactly this, and I will provide them to the programmer in order to ensure my requirements are clear.

After the fields have been filled it it generates a new form with the parameters from this form, so its just a blank form with the height and width, title and colour, optional image from the first form fileds.

The program should be able to generate many forms, upto 20.

The forms it creats should be able to resize and have the close form x at the top right of the title bar.

I need a simple VB code with some dynamic buttons that link to URLS and some pull down menus with a search function.

I need a very simple VB program that takes a form and fills it into a database file. Then in can verify information against what is stored. VERY SIMPLE PROJECT.

I require both the final exe and all source files. Source must be 100% open to edit as needed.

What we require:
A script which locks the application for a certain period (defined by me) from the date it is first used.
Like:
Application1 - I used this appl. for first time today.
And after 3 days it will flash a message - the demo is expired.

I'm not sure whether I'm clear. But somebody who knows what is to be done, can understand this.
My budget is not very huge on this but will provide 10/10 review.
