Read Xml File
Required skills: PHP, XML
We need a php. script that sets all the XML values to variables using simplexml.
It's a rush job, the sooner the better. Hopefully within 2 days.
All pretty straightforward.
Example coding (please follow this as close as possible)
$ properties = simplexml_load_file($ xml);
$ handle = fopen($ xml, "r");
if ($ handle) {
/* get all properties 1 by 1 from xml file */
foreach ($ properties ->property as $ Property) {
/* this is the output we would like */
$ Price = $ Property->price;
$ Address = $ Property->address;
etc etc.
Pm me for the url of the XML feed.

Android App (XML file reader)
will read 4 xml files like (http://example.com/xml1) and display in 4 tabs in different styles
One xml file will have list of image urls and the app will display this as image gallery.
The app will have map view to get directions to particular fixed point.
If the file updates, the App should notify, similar to iphone Push Notification Service.

php file(s) (ajax/jquery or what ever) that can do the above.
the php file must read the xml file once and only once, it must NOT read the xml file everytime we do a sort etc, so it needs to keep the xml file in memory and then perform operations without reading it every time we filter/sort/etc...

Excel To Read Xml Data
I need a person to create an excel spreedsheet, or something similar to read the contents of an XML file and display the information in a more readable/friendly format then XML code.
I have attached the xml file as an example and the pdf that makes the xml, I will need to be able to update the values and fields myself, as my pdf fields will change so I need the xls or other file to read the new xml format.

Read XML/RSS Data using PHP
fy the array. Imagine a scenario where I'd like to enter the information into a database from an XML file. I can't seem to get a simple way of accessing elements PLUS their attributes. I will give you an example of an RSS url. Shouldn't take you more than 30 minutes if you know what you are doing. Needed ASAP. Surely, budget shouldn't be more than $ 10, since for an expert, its quite simple. Show me a demo & you get the project escrow instantly.
