we set our shipping prices as per normal, but if we buy from all four vendors, the price for shipping is four times (which is normal for multivendor) How ever we would like these four vendors to act as one only for shipping.

So a function would be built -> if shipping = vender ID ( any of the current four) treat as single vendor.

I guess it is affected by updating the php version on the server on the 5 of September 2011. The actual version of php is 5.2.17, the shopping script I am using is CScart 2.0.5. Block from thehome page keep dissapearing any where from 2 hours - 24 hours, they get removed, however the blocks in the system homepage - are still activated.

This makes CS-CART un-usable for us.

I need these blocks hard coded to be pulled in, so they never go missing. The side blocks and the main view hot deals blocks go completely missing.
