Pop Art Web Site

I'm looking for someone to help me create a site similar in function to other pop art websites, like allpopart.com and Photo-Print-On-Canvas.com .
I would like for customers to be able to order portraits to be created from their existing photos. They would choose options: size of portrait, portrait type (canvas or poster), shipping option, framed/ unframed/or gallery wrap, color option (choose radio buttons). The options (all except the color options) will change the total cost. I want them to then sign in (new members would add name, street address with city, state & zip, phone number, how they found out about us, and email address and password) and then upload their own photos. They would then pay the total. I need to be able to protect my computer from viruses since they are uploading and sending me digital files. I also need to make sure their info is safe. Right now I just have a basic html site (www.melissashouse.com). This would be the pop art feature that is mentioned on the site. I already have a store through go daddy.com if that helps, and can accept credit cards. That is all I need for you to do. I then handle all the rest through emailing.

, we would like to add in some other functions in the web site such as video upload from the user or sender to the guests they are sending these too.
We would also like an I –phone application as well to work with this page so that the users can upload videos from the I-phone to the Video Site we want created.
