Required skills: PHP, PostgreSQL
I want a simple website and scripts written for linux php and postgresql. This website should simply have an file selction box and upload button which saves the uploaded file to the postgresql database.
I should then via separate page be able to view in list form, all uploaded files. I want to be able to click on a file and download it.
You should have your own development server or I will sigup at this host (http://www.a2hosting.com/web_hosting.php) and send you the details for you to install the website on that site
The site should be secured via a password and username for security.
All files and scripts should further be supplied vie email for use on another server as well as instructions for instaling them.

flat file database to mysq / excellent javascript coder
modifications, and may also want my admin converted from flat file my mysql.

le sharing programs do not fit our needs because they come cluttered with unwanted items and makes it difficult to use. Launch date cannot be after January 3rd, 2010, so we would need a beta version to test beforehand.
This is version 1.0. We most definitely will be expanding the system to meet more of our needs but we need this first version to be completed first. Hopefully we can enter into a long term relationship with the winning bidder
