Poker Hand History Re-player

I am working on putting together a Forum/Community site for Pot Limit Omaha poker, and I need to have a custom poker Hand History Re-Player developed. A poker Hand History Re-Player parses the text format of a hand history from an online poker site, and re-plays it in a flash animation format output (displayed) on a poker table with the players represented at the table
A poker Hand History Re-Player allows an online poker player (Forum Member) to copy & paste a poker hand history in the text format provided by to them by the poker site, and have it converted into a flash format to be viewed by other Members of the Forum.

It should support Texas Holdem and Omaha.
All of the hand histories should be stored in the database (preferably mysql).
It should support Full Tilt Poker, Pokerstars, Ipoker, Partypoker, ongame, microgaming, tribeca, boss.
The user should be able to stop the replay at any time. He can also show or hide opponent' cards. The player action is clearly laid out.

Poker Hand History Replayer
either one at a time or several at a time and have it upload automatically and converted through this hand re-player and displayed on our website. Below the re-player, a list of the title, the author, a description field, the URL link and space for comments should be available.
This must work for at least both Hold'em and Omaha Hands. Logo's and graphics will be provided to the coder to embed into the re-player.

histories (just update parsers for each poker room).
I want to call php function or create php object with parameters (hand history source, output options) return of this funcion/object will be parsed hand history.
It should be nice if programmer is poker related (I think it will be much easier for him to understand this project).

I'm a PHP Developer myself and can assist if needed. FTP / Server / Space all provided, including MySQL. No DB connections will need to be made, all that is setup, only need the actual parsing stuff done to parse out the data and format it.

1. It needs to return the liklihood of acheiving certain hands. So if you have been dealt Ace King, it should return the liklihood of that hand making a pair, 3 of a kind, a flush, a straight etc
2. It should return the overall percentage strength of the hand currently held.
As mentioned above, it's critical we have a developer who understands the game of Texas Hold'em, so please do not apply without this knowledge.

Update Poker Hand Converter
We have a functioning poker hand history converter on our vbulletin forum site, but we need to find someone who can handle updating the script. It is a php script, and it needs to be updated as poker sites update their software and change the output of the text formats of the hand histories from their sites.
The script needs to be updated to accommodate recent changes from these poker sites: Full Tilt Poker, Poker Stars, iPoker, OnGame Network, Ultimate Bet.
