Gift Card Module - Virtuemart

I need a Gift Certificate Module for the VirtueMart Shopping Cart.
It should provide the following Features:
1) Gift Certficate should behave as any other product at Store front
2) Able to choose to E-Mail or Print by creating PDF.
3) Customer can type a message to go with the gift certificate.
4) A Resend E-mail function would be included in Purchasers' order History as well as a Re-Print function
5) The Gift Certificate will include the Recipients Name, the special note entered by customer at time of purchase and the Unique Promo code
6) Promo numbers are generated automatically, attached to order history, e-mailed card or printed card
7) Promo numbers are incremented
8) Gift Certificate should be able to be skinned (flypage, etc) for printing or e-mail
9) Able to attach an expiration date (duration after sale) to the Gift Certificate.
10) Attach a status label (unused/redeemed) and have this show with the purchasers' order history.
Should be Joomla/Virtuemart Experts. Please provide samples of similar work for Mods withVM and Joomla.

Gift Card module for OsCommerce needs editing/repair
the customer to choose a payment method even though he was using a gift card. The field has been moved but it is not functional.
1. We would like the gift card code field to be during checkout with the payment options.
2. If the gift card covers the entire balance then the customer should not be forced to select a payment option.

everything is fine until you order for something more than the value of the gift card. Then if the customer chooses Paypal or our Invoice solution (Klarna) the value of the giftcard is removed and they have to pay the full sum as if it did not exist.
We need this fixed so that customers can combine gift cards and card payment. And we are in a hurry.
