I need a rotator for a membership site. I want it to be similar to the rotator used by traffic splash where my members will be able to upload a pic, comment, and add url. From the Admin Area i want to be able to designate the number of rotators allowed each member, and the number of url's they can add to a rotator. I plan on having 3 different Membership Levels. How It Works:
The admin panel would allow me to upload as many html URLs as needed.
When a visitor clicks on the main link a different page is shown each time that they do.
The pages are show in a sequential order. Starting with the 1st, then 2nd, then 3rd, URL etc.

I need a URL Rotator Software developed- so user logs in and can enter for example 2,3,4,5 as many different URLS as they want to TEST each with a % so for example
if there were 4 diff urls entered I could preset 50% of the traffic to go to URL #1 25% to URL # 2 and 35% to URL # 3

URL Rotator - With Set Amount of Clicks
I need a URL rotator script made that I can put in several links and assign a certain amount of "UNIQUE" (by ip) clicks per URL. Once one of their links get enough clicks make sure it doesnt get anymore.

Modified Url Rotator
In other words, I own a membership site and need to provide LOTS
of people with products, but I only want my product shared between
no more than 3-5 people. Sending out emails to each three members
with a different link in it for them to access is getting tiresome.
I hope I've made some sense here.

hey should be able to choose to help the team or to help their
own 3 personal signups to get their 3 personal signups, but only 50%
of the signups should go to their referrals, the other 50% should
go to the oldest member without 3 personal referrals.
They can of course choose to keep on advertising their own url

Url Rotator Based On Geographic Location
I have a web site that generates a lot of worldwide traffic based on a niche service.
I want US visitors to be sent to one location, and I want other countries sent to other urls.
I would like a system that is control panel driven and that can offer me stats.

We are also open to using a new randomurl script if that's easier. All it needs to do is allow us to enter multiple URLs to choose from, and then append the variable as previously described.
