Database Web Application
Required skills: .NET, MS Access, MS SQL
This web application will be used to manage a "Dream" database for a religious organization. The web site needs to be easy to use and functional, but does not need to incorporate any custom graphic design. This web-application will only be used by key individuals and will not be presented to the general public.
I've included the specs that were provided to our client below. I've also attached a copy of the existing Access database our client is using.
User Management
The User Management module will allow you to manage the users who have access to the dream database. This includes the user's full name, email address, username, password, and access level (read or read/write). This module will allow you to add new users, edit existing users, and delete existing users.
Dream Management
The Dream Management module will allow you to manage the dreams contained in the database. This functionality will be very similar to the “Dreams” form in your existing Access database. This includes the following: Dream Number (automatically assigned), Conference Date, Dreamer's Name, Origin/Region, Dream Summary, and Dream Content. This module will allow you to add new dreams, edit existing dreams, and delete existing dreams. Only users who have read/write access will be given the ability to add new or edit existing dreams.
Index of Dreams
This page will show a summarized listing of all dreams contained in the database. This is similar in appearance and functionality to the “View Index” functionality in the current Access database. A “View/Edit” link will appear on this page for each dream. If the user has read/write access a “Delete” link will also appear. This will allow for the easy editing and deletion of any dream listed.
Keyword Search
The Keyword Search will allow users to search the database for a desired keyword or keyphrase. Any dreams in the database that contain the entered keyword or keyphrase in the “Dreamer's Name”, “Origin/Region”, “Dream Summary”, or “Dream Content” fields will be shown in the results. The results page will be identical in appearance and functionality to the Index of Dreams (above).

Database: SQL Express 2005 - It is important that the data structure in the existing Access database be kept the same in the SQL Express 2005 database as we may have to import the existing data once this project is completed.

Amazon / Ebay Store Web Application
the original Auction ID and substituting the auction ID in the database with the new ID generated.
3) A small summary page stating whether the script is currently running and how many eBay amendments it's made that day (just so I know it's active).
The eBay store is using “Good till Cancelled” listings which retain the same auction ID unless they are cancelled. From what I understand all aspects of this project are possible by using both the eBay and Amazon APIs.

Covert Access Db To Web Application
and email the vendor, enter in new vendors etc. It should work the same way my current DB works..

SS manipulation. I just need to know the different classes and ID's used to customize the final layout.
Time for completion is not as important as the provider fully understanding the application and taking the time to do it correctly. I am very patient and more than willing to talk through any questions the provider may ultimately have.
