Install Python/django Script

I need a programmer familiar with NSIS (Nullsoft Scriptable Install System)to modify an NSIS script and add a menu to start some executable programs. The executable files are ready and working fine.

I also need the programmer to add a function to the script that will automatically execute 2 windows command prompt commands on the background.

000 videos on my Harddrive that i want to upload and uploading one after another is going to take me 2 years. You are going to add a section in the admin panel that all I have to do is enter video url let's say
: http://www.websitename/videos/video1.flv , and Jwplayer is going to play video. Site already uses JWplayer so all you have to do is add the url section and Thumbnail selection for video
