Need Flex Or Flash Project

Hello programmers.
Here is what I need.
I am looking for a browser voip softphone to work in the browser without any additional plug ins required.
With that said I have an API which can be found at www.tringme.com which will allow programmers to make an interface with the api that can make and recieve calls and also to voicemail when unreachable. I want this done in either adobe flex or flash. I also have some components I will provide for adobe flex, such as a dialpad and voicemail compoinents just to basicly add code with it and let them function together.
It needs to work good and I was hoping to have it not as a full phone with this functionality but a series of flash or flex documents which I can imbed on different pages such as a voicemail page which wil pull out voicemail fo0r that user and whatnot.
