Online Radio Broadcast

I Need remote consultant to setup online radio broadcast
The task is to setup online radio broadcast for 3 Fm radio stations to allow us to embed them easily on existing website using HTML code.
The problem we have out from our selection is:
- Windows Media Server (but Mac/Unix users will have difficulty)
- WinAmp (but users without winamp will not be able to listen)
- Flash (most web browser has flash player but we need advise how can a flash connect to broadcast server)
Another problem is, the 3 FM station office do not have leased line (and bandwidth) so it can only be hosted in a datacenter.
I was thinking of setting up 3 radio -> headphone jack -> server sound card input each -> record & broadcast
I need a consultant to:
- give suggestion & advice what software to use
- implement & setup
We are open to any kind of platform (either WinXP, Win2003, CentOS5 or Ubuntu server) but you must propose the suitable software & platform

I need a simple app that will connect directly to our online radio station. It is a shoutcast radio station. We want it configured for just our radio station. We want it to have an alarm function to turn on the radio at predetermined time by the user. Also have the ability to just listen to our radio station and no other. The only concern is it should look classy and impressive...and be made with latest tools available as of now. I am good in guiding on the look n feel of the site and already have many designs n templates to suggest.
Hope to find someone good and in my budget.
